We are teaming up with our neighbors Dineen Vineyards and VanArnam Vineyards to bring you the complete winemaking experience (minus the 3 am alarms and permanently stained wardrobe). Go behind-the-scenes of a working winery and learn what winegrowers/makers do during harvest—including making pick decisions, crushing grapes, and fermenting. And when we say “experience”, we mean it- you’ll be right there in the thick of it: wielding a refractometer to check Brix on grapes, sampling freshly pressed juice on the crush pad, even punching down the cap JUST LIKE A REAL WINEMAKER. Totally worthy of bragging rights that you contributed to this year’s vintage.  You will also get the chance to taste the work in progress at each stage of the process.
