The Legacy of Hyatt was crafted in excellence over 40 years ago by Leland and Lynda Hyatt. In 1983, what started as a simple vineyard planting, soon turned into a booming full production winery. Opening the tasting room in 1987, over the last 4 decades we’ve been honing our craft to cultivate the finest wines this region has to offer. The next generation honors our rich tradition to build on the best parts of Hyatt’s past, while bringing an innovative approach to create extraordinary experiences and legacy wines.
